Galvanized coil

 Galvanized coil is used to immerse the thin steel sheet into the molten zinc bath to make the surface adhere to a thin sheet of zinc. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, continuous dipping of coiled steel sheet into galvanized steel sheet in a galvanized bath with melting zinc, and alloying galvanized steel sheet. This steel plate is also made by hot-dip method, but immediately after the trough, it is heated to about 500 degrees Celsius to form zinc and iron alloy coating. This galvanized coil has good coating adhesion and weldability.

Definition of coating

(1) spangle coating

During the solidification of zinc layer, zinc grains are artificially restricted to form zinc zinc coating as small as possible.

(3) spangle-free

By adjusting the chemical composition of the bath, the coating with no uniform visible appearance and uniform surface is obtained.

(4) zinc-iron alloy coating

The steel strip after galvanized bath is heat treated to make the whole coating produce zinc and iron alloy layer. The coating is dark grey and has no metallic luster. It is easy to powder in the process of intense forming. It is suitable for the coating without further treatment.

(5) differential coating

For both sides of galvanized steel, coating with different zinc coating weight is required.

(6) skin pass

Finishing is a cold rolling process for galvanized steel plates for one or more purposes.

To improve the surface appearance of galvanized steel sheet or to be suitable for decorative coating; the phenomenon of slipping line (Lv Desi line) or crease is temporarily reduced to the minimum when the finished product is not processed.
