Stainless steel bolts are stainless steel bolts, stainless steel SUS201 bolts, stainless steel SUS304 bolts, stainless steel SUS316 bolts, stainless steel SUS316L bolts. The performance grades of stainless steel bolts, studs and studs are divided into 10 grades: from 3.6 to 12.9. The number before the decimal point represents 1/100 of the tensile strength limit of the material, and the number behind the decimal point represents 10 times the ratio of the yield limit to the tensile strength limit of the material.

Grade:

The performance grade of stainless steel bolts 8.8 refers to the tensile strength limit of 800MPa, and the yield limit is 640MPa.

The performance grade of the nut is divided into 7 grades, from 4 to 12. The number roughly indicates that the stainless steel nut is guaranteed to withstand a minimum stress of 1/100.

There are three kinds of threads for the United Kingdom thread: Grade 1A, Grade 2A and Grade AA for external threads and Grade 1B, Grade 2B and Grade 3B for internal threads, all of which are clearance fit. The higher the rank number, the tighter the match.

1, 1A and 1B grade, very loose tolerance grade, which is suitable for tolerance adjustment of internal and external threads.

2, 2A and 2B are the most common thread tolerance classes for the British series of mechanical stainless steel fasteners.

Class 3, 3A and 3B, spinning to form the tightest fit, suitable for tight tolerance stainless steel standard parts, used for key safety design.

Metric thread, external thread has three kinds of thread grades: 4h, 6h and 6G, and the internal thread has three kinds of thread grades: 5H, 6H and 7H. Thread fit is best combined into H/g, H/h or G/h. For refining fasteners such as bolts and stainless steel nuts, 6H/6g is recommended.

Carbon steel: the strength grade mark code is made up of two parts separated by "." The meaning of "before" in the tag code denotes the nominal tensile strength, such as "4" of grade 4.8 denotes 1/100 of the nominal tensile strength of 400N/MM2. The meaning of the "?" and the digit after the point in the label indicates the yield strength ratio, that is, the ratio of the nominal yield point or the nominal yield strength to the nominal tensile strength. For example, the yield point of the 4.8 grade product is 320N/mm2.

The grade mark of stainless steel product is made up of two parts separated by "-". The "-" symbol in the sign code represents the material. Such as: A2, A4 and other signs "-" after the expression of strength, such as: A2-70

Carbon steel: Metric stainless steel bolts mechanical properties can be divided into: 3.6, 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, 12.9 a total of 10 performance grades
